Super friendly service!
The staff was awesome! We showed up last minute and they were super chill about letting us book a room. It was nice and clean with comfy beds. The free lemons at check-in were a quirky touch! Only bummer was the thin walls. You could hear the neighbor's TV late at night. Close to some great picnic spots too!

Everything was simply good. Greatly enjoyed my warm stay on self drive holiday. Its location easy walk to Warren National Park was great. Btw, went to city center, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was good and check in was smooth.

The staff was very very helpful, some of them especially. The hotel was in a handy location, close to the event i was attending on Sunday. Moreover, it's very close to Also very close to all the restaurants, the parks and Gloucester/Bicentennial tree and Sadies restaurant.
There was no spa.

The nice spacious room let us relax after a long day! But, noisy neighbors and thin walls made it hard to sleep. Overall a decent stay for a wedding, though! 🎉

The room offered a convenient kitchenette, great to prep simple meals , a nice touch.
The loud music from nearby guests was disruptive, continuing into the late hours despite requests for moderation.

Comfortable beds and invigorating shower with great water pressure.
No one present at reception during check-in hours, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the room had thin walls allowing for disruptive noise from neighbors. The kitchen amenities were scarce, with only a few utensils available, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, notably filthy curtains and stained carpets.

The room was basic butnice and neat, with a warm bed, made for a restful night. Essential amenities like a fridge and microwave were available, although the kettle and toaster shared a single power outlet, limiting their simultaneous use. The bathroom was notably spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise. On the downside, the overall upkeep of the exterior was lacking, and free internet access didn't function .

The staff were genuinely helpful and cute. The clean kitchenette was a nice feature for a quick meal. The picnic tables outside made for a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a snack.
Some areas outside could use a bit more attention to detail. The steps to our room were slightly uneven, which required careful navigation.
